Returns & Refund Policy
EARRINGS AND PERFUME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and must be in the condition they were sold.
Please note:
- All refunds will be issued as store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods. - All items are carefully checked and photographedprior to dispatch to ensure they are free from damage or faults.
We cannot cover the cost of return postage – this must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
Items must:
- Be unwashed
- Have all labels attached
- Be unused / not worn
- Be free from makeup, fake tan, or other marks
- Not have any strong odours (e.g. washing powder, smoke, perfume, etc.)
We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service when returning items to us.
